10 Inch Durable Linen Cotton Proofing Liner

Crafted from a robust 65% flax linen / 35% cotton composition, these 10-inch round liners offer enhanced tensile strength and abrasion resistance compared to pure cotton alternatives. Each piece weighs around 48g and features a tightly controlled weave density (approx. 120 threads per inch), delivering optimal airflow without sacrificing surface integrity. Designed specifically for compatibility with UK-standard round proofing baskets (22–25cm internal diameter), they conform smoothly without excess material pooling at the base. The reversible nature eliminates orientation concerns, and the natural fibre blend ages gracefully — softening slightly with use while retaining durability. Also validated for repeated use in kombucha SCOBY covers and mixing bowl linings where breathability and gentle containment matter.
