Description

It releases carbon dioxide and is used in the fermentation of honey, white wine, and dairy alcohol while helping to prevent oxidation. The operation is simple: pour water into the exhaust valve, insert it into the lid of the brewing barrel or the rubber stopper on top of the fermentation container, and close the lid securely. Effectively prevents insects from entering the wine or beer during fermentation. Supports automatic fermentation processes without manual intervention and is designed for long-term reuse. Suitable for pure juice fermentation, including white grape, mead, and secondary red wine fermentation.
