10-Yard Soft Flat Sewing Elastic

Supplied as a single continuous roll measuring 10 yards (9.14 metres), this flat elastic is precisely 1.2 cm (0.47 inch) wide. Constructed from a tightly woven polyester-nylon blend, it delivers uniform tension, gentle hand-feel, and resistance to fraying during cutting and stitching. Its breathability and low-profile flat structure make it ideal for garments requiring comfort and discreet fit. Designed for UK home sewists, it works reliably with standard domestic sewing machines and holds stitches firmly without rolling or twisting. Applications span apparel (waistbands, cuffs, necklines), homewares (sofa slipcovers, pillow ties), accessories (hats, bags, shoelaces), and specialist uses including wig edging and craft puppet joints.
