Load the capsule body by placing the body plate flat. 2. Apply the arrangement plate frame onto the body plate. 3. Place about 100 capsules into the frame. 4. Lift the plate body and arrange the rotating wheel. 5. The capsule bodies will fall one by one into the holes in the plate; pour out any excess. 6. Take the wheel system plate and set aside the capsule bodies installed on the plate. 7. Fill the capsule bodies with powder. 8. Scrape the board back and forth across the body once the capsule bodies are filled with powder. 9. Use the capsule filling plate to press the powder into the capsules. 10. Scrape off excess powder from the plate. 11. Flip the faceplate and center plate to cover the body plate. 12. Lock the capsule bodies and capsule caps together. 13. Remove the cover. 14. Remove the middle plate and pour the completed capsules out from the center plate.
