116 Link 11-Speed Chain Smooth Reliable

A purpose-built 11-speed bicycle chain with precisely 116 links, made from 40 manganese steel for elevated hardness and fatigue resilience. The chain incorporates hollowed inner and outer plates to reduce rotating mass, and includes mud drainage holes to facilitate cleaning and inhibit grit retention. Its dimensions conform to international 11-speed drivetrain standards for direct fitment across road, gravel, and mountain applications. The double X bridge structure limits lateral instability during gear changes, especially under load. The symmetrical guide angle ensures identical engagement characteristics whether shifting up or down, contributing to intuitive handling. Riveted connections use parallel compression technology to enhance joint integrity and suppress micro-movement between plates—key to sustaining smooth articulation over thousands of kilometres. Built for riders who value predictability over novelty: whether training through winter months, carrying out regular DIY maintenance, or selecting components that deliver consistent performance ride after ride without unexpected degradation.
