12V High-Pressure Self-Priming Diaphragm Pump

Built with an ABS body, EPDM valves and Santoprene diaphragm, this 12V DC diaphragm pump uses a 3/8 inch barb port and comes with either 2-core wire or European plug cable. It achieves 1.0 GPM (3.8 LPM) flow and stops pressurising at 40 PSI (2.8 bar), drawing just 4.0A at rated voltage. Maximum operating temperature is 60°C (140°F), with 1.2 m (4 ft) suction capability. Engineered for intermittent duty, it sustains stable flow and low acoustic output. Equipped with pressure switch cut-off, thermal overload protection and ignition-safe design, it avoids damage from overpressure, overheating or electrical faults. Dry-run tolerance and self-priming allow immediate startup even when dry or after air ingress — no manual priming required. Designed for demanding mobile use: compatible with clean water, wastewater, and mildly corrosive fluids like seawater. Ideal for car wash systems, RV fresh/grey water circuits, portable marine setups, and auxiliary transfer tasks where reliability and adaptability are essential.
