12V Self-Priming Diaphragm Pump

This compact 12V/24V diaphragm pump delivers 3.8 LPM (1.0 GPM) flow rate with a maximum pressure of 40 PSI (2.8 bar). It weighs just 1.25 lbs (0.57 kg) and features 3/8-inch hose barb inlet/outlet ports. Constructed for durability, it uses positive displacement technology and is fully self-priming with up to 4 feet (1.2 m) suction lift capability. The pump operates safely at temperatures up to 110°F (43°C), includes built-in thermal protection, and is designed for intermittent duty with 18 AWG leads (13.78 inches long) and a 2-pin connector. Its industry-standard mounting pattern ensures easy installation in tight spaces. The integrated 40 PSI pressure switch enables on-demand, automatic operation — starting when water is needed and stopping when pressure is reached. It can run dry without damage, making it ideal for variable-use applications where tank level fluctuates. Its quiet operation supports use in noise-sensitive environments like campers and small boats. Typical applications include RV and boat freshwater systems, portable water treatment units, beverage and food service equipment, distillation setups, agricultural sprayers, light industrial tasks, and automotive auxiliary systems.
