150 Kg Quick-Release Toggle

A high-strength, galvanised iron toggle clamp designed for secure, repeatable fastening in professional and DIY environments. Measuring 57 x 16 x 13 mm (handle) and 30 x 20 x 16 mm (base), it fits seamlessly into control boxes, tool cabinets and fabrication jigs. Supports up to 150 kg (330 lbs) — validated through real-world load testing — outperforming most off-the-shelf latches. Mounting is flexible: adjust position by simply tightening or loosening the eight included metal screws. Used extensively in electronics assembly, welding fixtures, PCB holding and sheet metal alignment. The lever operates with minimal travel and maximum mechanical advantage, eliminating side-force transmission. The plastic-covered handle adds comfort and safety during prolonged use — especially beneficial when assembling sensitive components or working in confined spaces.
