160mm Dual Caliper Disc Brake Kit

This complete mechanical disc brake kit comprises front and rear calipers, two 160mm diameter rotors (front and rear), integrated brake pads, and a precision rotor adjuster tool. All metal components — including caliper bodies and rotors — are manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for optimal strength-to-weight ratio. Measured total system weight: ~680g. Caliper mounting follows International Standard (IS) interface specifications, ensuring broad frame and fork compatibility. The brake pads are pre-seated and formulated for low-noise engagement, progressive power delivery, and thermal resilience up to sustained operating temperatures typical of UK hill climbs and forest trail descents. The rotor adjuster tool simplifies alignment by enabling micro-adjustments to caliper position relative to the rotor plane — critical for eliminating drag and achieving even pad contact. Suitable for mechanical (cable-pull) disc brake systems only. Compatible with most mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and gravel/road bikes using IS-mount forks and frames. Not intended for hydraulic systems, flat-mount configurations, or bikes requiring proprietary adapters.
