16CH Input 16CH Output Modbus RTU Board

A compact, DIN-rail-ready PLC I/O expansion board supporting wide-input DC 6.5–30V operation (including standard 12V and 24V supplies) and low-power consumption (8–50mA). Equipped with 16 optically isolated NPN active-low digital inputs and 16 high-current Darlington outputs (ULN2803), each rated for up to 300mA load switching. Supports full Modbus RTU protocol with function codes 03 (read) and 06 (write), plus function code 16 (write multiple) on designated registers. Offers six configurable output behaviours: Open, Close, Instant, Self-locking, Interlocking, and Delay (max 255 seconds). Enables remote control of another board’s 16 outputs via RS485 — requiring only register configuration. Compatible with up to 64 devices on one RS485 network. Baud rate is jumper-selectable: 2400, 4800, 9600, or 19200 bps (default 9600). Housed in a flame-retardant VO-rated UM72 DIN rail enclosure (72mm width, fits 100mm PCB), designed for DIN35 and C45 mounting standards.
