The main frequency can reach 240 MHz, and the chip integrates 520 KB SRAM, 8 MB PSRAM, 448 KB ROM, and external 16 MB flash memory. 3. The display screen resolution is 360x360 with capacitive touch. The module includes an LCD display, backlight control circuit, touch screen control circuit, I2S digital microphone circuit, I2S analog-to-digital conversion circuit, TF card interface, and wireless power circuit. 4.
