2 Pcs 25mm Star Locks Dumbbell Bars

Pack of two identical star locks sized for 25 mm diameter dumbbell bar sleeves. Each unit is made from cold-forged carbon steel, heat-treated for structural integrity, and finished with a non-reflective black coating. Dimensions: 25 mm ID, 42 mm OD, 18 mm height; individual unit weight: 120 g. The star design applies radial pressure evenly around the bar sleeve, minimising point-load stress and extending bar lifespan. Installation requires only hand-tightening — no tools, no calibration, no risk of over-torque damage. Used widely across UK leisure centres, CrossFit boxes, and home gyms where reliability, repeatability, and ease-of-use are prioritised over decorative aesthetics or unnecessary complexity.
