20-Disc Stainless Steel Cookie Press Machine

A purpose-built cookie and icing tool combining precision engineering with practical kitchen ergonomics. Main structural elements are crafted from anodised aluminium alloy for rigidity and light weight; external grips and housings use smooth, non-porous ABS plastic that resists staining and retains no odours. All dough-contact zones — including the extrusion barrel interior, 20 interchangeable discs and 4 icing nozzles — are made from polished stainless steel meeting EN 10204 3.1 material certification standards. Overall dimensions: 22 cm (L) × 12 cm (W) × 10 cm (H); net weight: 0.8 kg. The press operates via a dual-lever compression system that multiplies user input force for effortless extrusion, even with chilled or dense doughs. Discs are stored in a numbered, slot-based tray for quick identification. Compatible with standard UK baking ingredients — works equally well with shortbread, gingerbread, marzipan paste, melted chocolate and royal icing — and often used for afternoon tea service, school fairs, wedding favours and handmade Christmas hampers.
