200pcs 45mm Foam Board Washers

This set includes 200 plastic washers, each measuring 45 mm in diameter and featuring a 5 mm central aperture. Constructed from polypropylene, they combine mechanical resilience with excellent insulation characteristics. Their compact yet wide footprint makes them ideal for securing expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), and other foam insulation sheets to masonry, timber, or metal substrates. The washers sit flush and distribute clamping force evenly — protecting foam integrity during and after installation. Their simplicity allows direct use with hand or power tools, and surplus pieces can be stored for future touch-ups or seasonal maintenance. No additional components are included — only the washers themselves, supplied loose in a practical bulk pack.
