20A 3-Stage EMI Filter Board

This EMI filter board is designed for single-phase AC power supplies operating between 110V and 250V, with a rated load current of 20A. Constructed on a PCB substrate, it features a 3-stage filtering architecture: one stage of differential-mode filtering using dual differential inductors to suppress mid-to-high-frequency interference, and two stages of common-mode filtering combining X2 capacitors and common-mode inductors for enhanced noise suppression. Input connects via a 3-wire 7.62mm pitch socket (L/N/GND), while output uses a 2-wire 7.62mm socket (L/N). The GND terminal can be connected either to the power cord’s ground wire or to the equipment chassis for flexible grounding. It is engineered to reduce high-frequency noise from transformers and power supplies, remove DC components, and improve audio clarity when used with decoders or power amplifiers.
