2L German-Style Boot Beer Glass

This boot-shaped beer glass holds 2 litres (70.4 fl oz), stands approx. 30 cm tall and weighs approx. 1.2 kg empty. Made from clear, lead-free soda-lime glass with rounded heel, reinforced base and smooth rim finish. All measurements are approximate due to artisanal production methods; colour representation may vary slightly across devices. Its silhouette echoes a ceremonial practice among German officers during WWI — later embraced by Bavarian folk culture and now central to global Oktoberfest expression. The mug balances whimsy and respect for origin — never purely gimmicky, always grounded in real tradition. Used widely across UK homes, beer gardens, student unions and event hire companies — especially during late-summer through autumn months. Also selected by corporate clients for branded hospitality kits and tourism-related promotions targeting Anglo-European cultural exchange.
