3-Level Pull Up Assistance System

Premium-grade natural rubber bands with woven fabric protection layer; consistent thickness and elasticity across all three units. Components: three 75-lb bands, one adjustable cord with locking slider, one dual-mode ankle strap (foot-assist or leg-training mode), and concise illustrated manual. Double foot pedals are injection-moulded with ergonomic contouring and tactile grip zones for confident weight-bearing. All stress points — band ends, buckle interfaces and pedal attachment points — undergo double reinforcement stitching. Resistance is additive and linear: 1 band = 75 lbs, 2 bands = 150 lbs, 3 bands = 225 lbs — supporting structured periodisation without needing to purchase new bands every few weeks. Fits most UK-standard pull-up bars (including popular brands like REP, Rogue, and generic home units) with no modification. Trains movement intelligence alongside strength: teaches scapular control, grip endurance and breath coordination inherent to unassisted pull-ups — bridging the gap between assisted practice and independent execution faster than generic resistance tubing or bungee-style aids.
