32 Oz Glass Fermentation Kit

Each kit includes two 32 oz (946 ml) thick glass jars with wide mouths, stainless steel fermentation lids, food-grade polycarbonate airlocks, and evenly weighted glass fermentation weights. The jars measure approximately 15.5 cm in height and 10 cm in diameter (±1–3 cm tolerance). Total kit weight is approx. 1.8 kg. All components are designed for repeated use and easy cleaning. The airlock system requires only half-filling with water to allow CO₂ release while blocking external air — maintaining an anaerobic environment essential for successful lactic acid fermentation. The stainless steel lid features a removable silicone plug, enabling conversion from active fermentation mode to sealed storage mode after fermentation completes. Ideal for making sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, kombucha starters, and other fermented vegetables or beverages.
