32 Oz Thick-Glass Fermenting Kit

A fully integrated 32 oz (946 ml) fermentation solution comprising a heavy-duty transparent glass jar, precision-balanced glass fermentation weights, a wide-mouth stainless steel fermentation lid, and a food-grade polycarbonate airlock. Jar dimensions: ~15 cm height × ~9 cm diameter (±1–3 cm); total kit weight approx. 680 g. All parts interlock seamlessly — no third-party adapters or trial-and-error assembly required. The airlock operates with just water — fill halfway to create a one-way gas release valve that prevents pressure build-up and excludes ambient microbes. The lid’s integrated silicone plug lets you seal the jar post-fermentation for cold storage or slow maturation, retaining live cultures and crisp texture. Designed for versatility: equally effective for traditional sauerkraut, spicy kimchi, crunchy dill pickles, fermented hot sauces, or cultured vegetable blends — supporting both first-time users seeking reliability and seasoned fermenters valuing consistency and hygiene.
