350W BLDC Hall Motor Driver

A purpose-built three-phase BLDC motor driver supporting Hall sensor feedback and PWM speed control, rated for 6–60V DC input and up to 350W output with thermal allowance. Delivers 16A continuous current and handles 20A peaks. Enclosure uses metal for thermal mass and structural rigidity, complemented by plastic for insulation and impact resistance. Key interfaces: MA/MB motor phase outputs; 5V/50mA auxiliary supply (intended for Hall sensors or small logic ICs); main VCC/GND power input; SC pulse output (reserved, no documentation provided); DIR (low-active) for direction reversal; STOP (low-active) for instant disable; brake (high-active, 5V) for fast mechanical hold; speed control via onboard potentiometer or external 0–5V analog or PWM signal; and Ha/Hb +5V/GND for powering and receiving Hall sensor signals — fully compatible with standard 5-wire Hall motors. Hardware-level overcurrent protection is implemented.
