35mm Concealed Hinge Bore Kit

Engineered for reliable, repeatable installation of cup-type concealed hinges, this kit contains a V-groove locating jig, a 35mm Forstner bit fabricated from ultra-hard alloy, and a modular depth stop. Dimensions: jig body length 120mm, width 45mm; drill bit diameter 35mm, overall length 75mm; depth stop adjusts from 8–15mm. Constructed from hardened steel and reinforced polymer, it withstands workshop handling and frequent reuse. The V-locator aligns precisely to any visible centre reference line, enabling fast positioning for hinge cups regardless of brand or plate configuration. Compatible with all common rotary power tools — from cordless hand drills to industrial vertical boring machines — making it suitable for small-scale renovations and high-volume cabinet assembly lines alike.
