45mm Polypropylene Foam Insulation Washers

These 45 mm (1.77 inch) diameter washers feature a precise 5 mm centre hole and are constructed entirely from polypropylene — a thermoplastic known for its balance of stiffness, toughness, and insulating capability. Their low-profile form factor ensures minimal intrusion into insulation depth while maximising bearing area. Suitable for securing all major types of rigid foam insulation boards: expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), phenolic, and PIR panels. Commonly used in adherence to NHBC standards and BRE guidance for mechanically fixed external wall insulation (EWI) and internal drylining systems. Simple to apply using hand or power tools; no pre-drilling required. Pack includes 200 white washers — ready for immediate use on site or in workshop settings.
