About this project Contains 5 large paper lanterns, each with its own unique Halloween theme and color, and 5 stainless steel extenders. Lantern ship flat. The lantern measures 12 inches with streamers hanging from the bottom of the lantern. Optional lighting can be added to make the lantern glow at night. Battery powered low wattage LED strips or bulbs are recommended. Lanterns can be hung anywhere dry and free from rain or snow. Places we recommend are covered porches, backyards, under awnings and just about anywhere indoors. Instructions for use: Gently unfold the lantern by pulling on the sides, insert the expander into the lantern and snap it into the metal ledge inside. Once inserted correctly, the extender will bend in the middle.
