Each dome is precision-moulded from flexible, hypoallergenic silicone with a smooth outer surface and tapered inner bore. Outer diameters span 8 mm to 12 mm to suit varied ear canal anatomy; wall thickness is uniform at 1.2 mm for balanced flexibility and durability. Weight per unit: 0.28 g. Designed for friction-fit attachment onto standard 3–4 mm BTE sound tubes. Intended for daily use and regular replacement in line with UK audiology recommendations.
