Mount the valve onto the grill or fire pit plate or board using the mounting screw and flange. 2. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the respective inlet and outlet ports. Ensure connections are secure to prevent gas leakage. 3. Tighten the M8 thermocouple nut onto the valve end. Verify that the valve end thread is M8 before installation. 4. Ensure proper connection between the thermocouple and its threaded end. 5. Turn the knob to open the gas supply and press the valve lever for 5–10 seconds to heat the thermocouple tip sufficiently. 6. Release the lever.
