6-80V 20A BLDC Motor Control Board

Engineered for versatility and resilience, this BLDC motor driver board accepts 6–80V DC input and sustains 20A continuous current (50A peak), supporting up to 1600W motor loads. Its core is the SNR8503M sensorless BLDC driver IC—designed specifically for non-Hall motor control—with simplified peripheral circuitry, high efficiency, and small footprint. The bare PCB includes PWM speed input (1–20 kHz, 10–100%), 0.5–5V potentiometer support, UART serial interface, FG speed feedback, CW/CCW direction pins, status LEDs, and reverse-polarity protection. Cooling strategy is usage-dependent: ambient airflow is adequate for ≤5A operation; above that, forced cooling is required. Safety features cover overcurrent, stall, and reverse-connection events. Widely deployed in industrial and consumer applications including fans, compressors, electric tools, automatic doors, air/water pumps, refrigeration units, lawn care equipment, and marine propulsion systems.
