The PE4302 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) offering precise 0.5 dB incremental attenuation steps across a full range of 0 to 31.5 dB. It operates over a wide frequency band from DC to 4000 MHz and maintains consistent 50 ohm impedance matching. The module uses a single 3 V CMOS-compatible supply and supports both parallel and serial control interfaces. Its performance remains stable across varying temperatures and frequencies, ensuring reliable attenuation accuracy. A programmable power-up default attenuation state allows custom initial configuration. Built-in shielding and reverse-polarity protection diode enhance robustness and long-term reliability in demanding RF environments.
