6-Pc TPE Forearm Flexor Extensor Trainer

Six tactile, non-slip hand resistance rings made from body-safe TPE, each measuring 2.5 cm in outer diameter and 0.8 cm thick. Individually weighs 7 g (42 g total). Features subtle surface texture for secure handling, even with slightly damp or cool hands — common in UK weather or post-wash scenarios. Resistant to UV fading and ozone degradation. Each ring supports two fundamental hand movements: inward squeeze (activating flexors for grip strength) and outward finger fan (engaging extensors for stability and release control). This bilateral approach helps rebalance muscle tone disrupted by repetitive strain, ageing or inflammatory conditions. Designed for frictionless integration: slide into a coat pocket before heading out, keep beside your keyboard for micro-breaks, or store in a bedside drawer for morning mobility routines — no charging, no apps, no learning curve.
