600W Adjustable CC CV Buck Module

This non-isolated step-down (BUCK) DC-DC power supply module delivers up to 600W peak output with continuous voltage and current adjustment. Input voltage range: 12–75V DC; output voltage: 2.5–60V (max ≈ input × 0.8, e.g., 40V in → 32V out); output current: 1–25A continuously adjustable. Built with high-efficiency step rectification design achieving up to 95% conversion efficiency depending on operating conditions (input/output voltage differential, load, and ambient temperature). Rated for continuous operation at 500W under well-ventilated conditions, with maximum continuous current of 25A. Cooling is passive air-cooled via metal-plastic housing. Operating temperature range: -10°C to +65°C; switching frequency: 80kHz. Includes short-circuit protection via constant-current limiting.
