65% RH Electromechanical Humidity Controller

The MFR012 electromechanical hygrostat provides reliable, maintenance-free humidity control for electrical enclosures. It initiates heater operation when relative humidity exceeds 65%, lifting the dew point and eliminating condensation-induced corrosion. Housed in light grey UL94 V-0 plastic (IP20), it measures 67 × 50 × 38 mm and installs effortlessly on 35 mm DIN rails (EN 50022). Functional temperature range: 0–60°C (32–140°F); storage: −20–80°C (−4–176°F). Connection uses a 3-pole terminal accepting rigid conductors up to 2.5 mm² or stranded conductors (with ferrule) up to 1.5 mm², with clamping torque capped at 0.5 Nm. The change-over contact supports 100,000 switching cycles, with electrical ratings from 20 V AC/DC / 100 mA up to 250 V AC / 5 A (resistive) or 1 A (inductive), and 20 W DC. Its switching differential is 4% RH (±3% tolerance), and it remains stable under air velocities up to 15 m/s. EMC compliance covers EN 55014-1-2, EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3.
