65mm Opening Cable Tray Pulling Roller

This cable tray roller is built for professional-grade cable laying in UK construction and electrical maintenance environments. Its 65mm pulley opening accommodates a wide range of cable diameters, including bundled and armoured types. The body integrates high-strength stainless steel clamps (35mm jaw width) with a wear-resistant nylon pulley housing and precision-machined axle. Designed to handle up to 25kg tensile load, it delivers consistent, low-resistance rotation without seizing or lateral wobble. Mounts easily onto standard cable tray profiles — whether on straight runs, inside bends, or at junction boxes — supporting efficient wire pulling across ceilings, risers, and service corridors. Supplied individually or in sets of two or five units for team-based or large-scale deployments.
