7-70V 30A DC Motor Speed Adjuster

Precision DC motor speed adjuster with ultra-wide 7–70V DC input compatibility and 30A continuous current handling. Encased in UL94 V-0 rated ABS for safety and durability. Integrated 30A fuse uses 12AWG (2.5mm²) stranded copper wire, 26cm overall lead length. PWM operates at 12kHz with linear 1–100% duty control — enabling silent, jitter-free speed regulation. Features a dual-action rotary knob: firm press engages/disengages power; smooth rotation adjusts speed from standstill to full throttle. Potentiometer connects via 15cm detachable cable for modular layout. Verified safe load thresholds: 12V ≤250W, 24V ≤350W, 48V ≤450W, 60V ≤500W — derived from sustained load testing at 40°C ambient. AC power prohibited. Input supply must deliver ≥1.5× motor’s rated power. Voltage matching is mandatory. In children’s ride-on applications, this controller functions as the primary power gate — it must be installed *between* battery terminals and any existing forward/reverse control board. Incorrect downstream placement subjects its output stage to unclamped inductive kickback during direction switching.
