7x7 Stainless Wire Rope Crimping Kit

This crimping kit comprises one heavy-duty stainless steel crimping pliers (22 cm, 0.85 kg), 165 ft (50 m) of 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) 7×7 strand stainless steel wire rope, and 100 double-tube crimping sleeves (ring clamps). The wire rope offers superior flexibility and kink resistance due to its 7×7 construction, while all metal parts are manufactured from stainless steel for lasting performance. The crimping pliers feature four dedicated crimping positions: 0.1–0.5 mm, 0.5–1.0 mm, 1.0–2.0 mm, and 2.2 mm — allowing accurate termination of common small-diameter ferrules. Tested crimp strength ranges from 50 to 450 lbs (23–204 kg), suitable for decorative, domestic, and light-duty functional applications. Comfort-focused features include textured non-slip handles and a self-locking lever system that holds pressure until released — minimising hand fatigue. A physical safety lock engages easily for secure storage. Typical applications include hanging fairy lights, mounting photo strings, creating indoor clothing lines, assembling dog leashes, supporting climbing plants on garden frames, and rigging lightweight shade structures on patios or balconies.
