8000-Yard All-Purpose Polyester Thread

This is an 8000-yard (7315 metre) spool of all-purpose polyester sewing thread, made from 100% continuous-filament polyester. It features tight, even twist and a smooth, low-friction surface. Typical physical specs: spool diameter ~100 mm, height ~30 mm, net weight ~450 g. Designed for seamless integration into UK-standard domestic sewing machines (including those with front-loading bobbins and drop-in systems), it delivers stable stitch formation across cotton, polyester blends, wool, and medium-weight synthetics. Common uses include dressmaking, alterations, cushion covers, tote bag construction, patchwork piecing, and basic free-motion embroidery — wherever reliable seam strength and consistent feed are required.
