1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use first morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Try to use the urine sample at the same time each day. Avoid drinking large amounts of fluids 2 hours before collecting urine. 2. Immerse the test strip into the urine up to the MAX mark line for about three seconds. Remove and place the strip flat. Read results within 10 to 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes. Normal women ovulate monthly.
