9Inch Quick Release Drill Press Clamp

Measuring 9 inches overall, this drill press clamp is built for industrial-grade stability and repeatable accuracy. Constructed from high-strength steel, it features a rigid body, hardened contact surfaces, and a smoothly operating screw-and-lever actuation system. It weighs 1.8 kg and offers a maximum jaw opening of 90 mm, suitable for workpieces up to 3.5 inches thick. Jaw faces are knurled for enhanced grip on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as hardwoods and laminates. The integrated quick-release lever disengages the clamping force instantly while preserving thread engagement—allowing fast repositioning without losing calibration. The anti-slip design ensures zero creep under vibration or torque load, supporting clean, burr-free hole entry even at high RPM. Clamping force remains consistent across temperature fluctuations typical in UK garage workshops. Use it to hold MDF or plywood panels during vertical drilling where edge alignment must stay within ±0.2 mm; apply it to thin stainless steel blanks (1–3 mm) to suppress chatter and prevent ‘walking’ under pilot drill pressure; mount it alongside fence systems or drill bushings to lock down custom jigs for serial production of bracket holes or chassis components.
