Active 1000Mbps Ethernet Splitter

Compact and lightweight at 65 g and 8.5 x 5.5 x 2.8 cm, this Ethernet splitter is built from impact-resistant black plastic housing. It accepts standard RJ45 connectors and works with Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7, and Cat8 cables. Its two female output ports each support full-duplex 1000 Mbps transmission when paired with Gigabit-rated infrastructure. A dedicated 5V USB power input (via included 80 cm cable) activates internal signal regeneration circuitry — essential for maintaining timing, voltage levels, and noise immunity across both channels. This active design ensures consistent performance even over longer cable runs or in electrically noisy environments. Designed strictly for use in matched splitter-coupler configurations (splitter at source, coupler at endpoint), it solves real-world limitations of fixed Ethernet drops in apartments, student housing, and retrofit installations.
