Adjustable Shoulder Mesh Foraging Bag

This foraging bag offers a balanced combination of volume (approx. 20 L capacity), minimal weight (280 g), and ergonomic design. Dimensions: 45 cm length × 30 cm width × 15 cm depth. Fabric is double-stitched at stress points including strap anchors and pocket seams for durability. The mesh density is calibrated to retain small mushrooms (e.g., wood blewits) while allowing debris and excess moisture to pass through. Shoulder straps are fully adjustable up to 120 cm and lined with soft, non-abrasive webbing to prevent chafing during extended wear. The 21.5 cm side pocket has a clean, open-top design — no zippers to jam with soil or sap — and sits at hip level for intuitive reach. Developed in consultation with UK-based mycological societies for real-world woodland usability.
