A matched pair of hand-operated grinders housed in crystal-clear acrylic: one engineered exclusively for whole black peppercorns, the other for coarse sea salt. Dimensions: 20 cm height × 5.5 cm diameter; weight: 140 g per unit (280 g total); capacity: 120 g per chamber. Both feature a two-phase grinding system — first fracturing the outer shell of peppercorns or salt crystals, then refining them to user-specified texture. Adjustment is achieved via a top-mounted precision knob: clockwise rotation increases compression for fine results, counter-clockwise eases pressure for coarse output. Internal gears are made from case-hardened steel with a proprietary corrosion-inhibiting finish, developed through more than 200 years of dedicated grinding research.
