Aluminium 1 Inch Fixed Gear Headset

Outer diameter: 22.2mm; compatible exclusively with 1 inch (25.4mm) steerer tube standards. Made from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy with machined bearing seats and smooth anodised surface finish. Total package weight: approx. 170g for both units. Each headset includes top and bottom cups with integrated sealed cartridge bearings. All components meet original equipment tolerances — no reaming or facing required for most standard 1 inch head tube preparations. Bearings feature double-lip seals to retain lubrication and exclude dust/moisture, supporting longer service intervals. Designed for fixed gear, track, and single-speed road bikes built with traditional geometry. Confirmed fit for popular retro frames including Pista-style, urban fixie, and classic road conversions — not suitable for tapered or 1 1/8 inch systems.
