Compatible with 20V MAX Batteries: These jumper cables work with 20V MAX cordless tool batteries. Use them to jump-start your vehicle when your car battery is dead. Specifications: 8-gauge booster cable designed for starting weak or discharged batteries. Suitable for trucks, SUVs, full-size cars, midsize cars, and compact cars. Instructions for Use: 1. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery and the black clamp to the negative (–) terminal. 2. Insert a compatible 20V MAX battery into the adapter and ensure it is securely locked. 3. Attempt to start the vehicle. 4. Once the engine starts, disconnect the clamps in reverse order—black first, then red. Note: For best results, use a battery with a charge level above 50%. If the first attempt fails, wait a few minutes before trying again. After successful start-up, disconnect the cables promptly. The insulated handles provide added safety during use.
