Blue Polyimide Tape for Sublimation Press

Engineered for professional-grade sublimation workflows, this tape combines a thermally stable polyimide film substrate with a high-tack organic silicone adhesive system. Each order contains eight rolls: four at 0.4 inch (10 mm) and four at 0.8 inch (20 mm), all in uniform blue hue. Validated for exposure to 250°C in instantaneous contact and rated for 220°C endurance over 30 minutes. Offers high dielectric resistance, low outgassing, and excellent conformability around curves. Widely used across UK-based sublimation studios for securing transfers on drinkware, promotional merchandise, home textiles (pillowcases, mousepads), and rigid signage — wherever consistent thermal transfer and minimal operator intervention are priorities.
