BPA-Free Colour-Shift Egg Timer

This egg timer uses responsive thermal pigment embedded in food-grade, BPA-free plastic to indicate doneness through visible colour change — white at start, progressing steadily to green at completion. It is engineered for large eggs and maintains structural integrity under prolonged boiling conditions. Dimensions are 6 cm diameter × 2 cm thickness, with a total weight of 25 g. The smooth, rounded edges prevent scratching cookware, while its low density keeps it buoyant enough to remain upright without flipping. No assembly or instruction needed — simply place it beside or under the egg in the pot before heating, and monitor the shift as cooking progresses.
