Bulk Elastic Barb Fastening Cords

Set of 300 elastic cords equipped with stainless steel barb fasteners, supplied in six standard lengths: 25mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm, 44mm, and 50mm (50 pieces per size). Cord diameter is consistently 1mm; barb dimensions are uniform at 16 × 2.5 × 1.5mm. Materials: high-recovery elastic core + food-grade compatible stainless steel — suitable for direct contact with textiles, paper, and consumer-facing products. Barbs penetrate substrates cleanly and lock via frictional resistance — ideal for temporary yet secure fastening where disassembly must be clean and non-destructive. Elasticity compensates for minor thickness variations across stacked materials, maintaining constant pressure without crushing. Widely adopted for garment prototyping, exhibition stand rigging, craft fair displays, library binding repairs, DIY accessory making (e.g., elastic wristbands or bag closures), and luxury packaging — particularly where visible hardware is undesirable but dependable hold is mandatory.
