We make it following the traditional method, with tomatoes, hazelnuts and toasted almonds... Its 100% natural and organic ingredients make it the perfect complement to any meal. The Bionsan Traditional Calçots Sauce from Tarragona from the Mediterraneum line has a soft almond flavor and a slight smoky touch. In addition, the texture of this sauce is perfect, ideal for spreading calçots and also to combine with meats or salads.
