Cast iron pan with wooden handle from Senso with superior frying properties. Natural non-stick protection, free from unpleasant plastic gases found in some coated pans. Some of the advantages of seared cast iron: good and even heat distribution, really good frying surface, only natural raw materials and therefore recyclable, and not least the long lifespan. Cast iron frying pans are suitable for all types of heat sources, not least induction hobs. Induction hobs work by magnetism heating up magnetic substances, such as iron and certain stainless steel, which are placed on the hob.
