CC1101 433MHz Embedded Transceiver Module

This CC1101-based embedded wireless transceiver is designed for direct integration into UK/EU-compatible devices using the 433MHz ISM band. Powered by 3.3V (1.8–3.6V range), it delivers high-performance RF operation with selectable data rates up to 500kbps and support for 2-FSK, GFSK, and MSK modulation. Its –110dBm sensitivity at 1.2kbps ensures strong signal capture in noisy RF environments. Output power is software-tunable up to +10dBm, while current draw remains low at 15.6mA in receive mode. The module includes hardware CRC generation/checking, programmable node addressing, and automatic clear-channel assessment for collision-aware transmission. A fast-settling frequency synthesizer supports dynamic channel selection and frequency-hopping readiness. Communication is handled through a standard DIP-pin interface with dedicated 64-byte TX and RX FIFOs. Typical open-area range exceeds 200 metres, varying with data rate, antenna, and surroundings.
