Freeze the empty cylinder in the refrigerator (recommended freezing for at least 3 hours). <br>4. Measure the weight of the cooled empty cylinder on the scale. <br>5. Connect the adapter to the siphon-equipped CO2 tank. <br>6. Open the CO2 tank valve slightly and charge the empty cylinder for 7 to 10 seconds. Can hear the incoming CO2 gas sound. <br>7. Remove weight from adapter and measure weight.
