The YARDO chain lock essentially consists of a round chain that is 7 millimeters thick, offering robust protection against theft. The ends of the chain, available in lengths of 85 cm or 110 cm, are connected to a zamac-coated lock body. The unique feature of the lock body is that it is equipped with an accurate fingerprint sensor that recognizes up to 20 scanned fingerprints. If you place your clean finger on the sensor, the lock opens the moment after. The ability to read multiple fingerprints provides great flexibility of use, for instance, if you wish to share your lock or bike with others. The locking process is very simple, as the lock automatically secures itself as soon as the ends are inserted into the lock body. To prevent scratches on the bike frame, the lock body is covered with a silicone sleeve. The IP66 and IP68 certifications confirm that the lock body is dustproof and weather-resistant.
