Chilli Jalapeno \nWidely known as The Pizza Pepper. \nA colourful variety, Jalapeno is both mild and tasty. \nVery attractive, the fruit are slightly tapered with a blunt end, are generally 3-5 inches long, dark green at first but turn bright red as they mature. \nGreat to eat when they are green but as they turn red Jalapeno becomes a little sweeter. \nVersatile in the kitchen the peppers can be sliced onto pizza, used to spice up a sandwich, they can also be stuffed and baked or used fresh in a salsa. \nGrowing just 35-40 inches tall Jalapeno can be grown indoors under glass or outdoors in a well sheltered sunny spot. \nIt also makes a very attractive pot plant in the conservatory. \nChilli Jalapeno grows best in consistently moist soil but you must avoid overwatering, a good rule of thumb is only water when the top inch of soil becomes dry. \nA prolific cropper Jalapeno may need some support when the peppers are showing. \nDetailed growing instructions are on the back of each packet \nPacket contains: 30 seeds approx. \nIMMEDIATE \n \nDesign and colouring of packets may occasionally vary. \nWe want you to be happy with your purchase and all our Chilli seed is checked and inspected visually before packing. .
